Company
TrustIV is a specialist software testing consultancy offering the full range of functional and performance testing capabilities as well as professional IT project development services. Formed in 2005 by a team of highly experienced front-line IT testing experts the business has accrued extensive knowledge and expertise of working with all the leading testing tools and software environments. Using this valuable knowledge TrustIV is able to offer clients a truly vendor independent service tailored specifically to the customer requirements.
Operating from its base in North West England, TrustIV works with clients across the UK to deliver high performance business applications and IT infrastructure validation. This can be either working as part of an in-house team or as a fully managed service with responsibility for all aspects of the project from initial design through to management reporting.
All TrustIV‘s services are delivered based on internationally recognised industry standards and methodologies using the information systems examination board (ISEB) Fundamental Testing Process as the framework.
Through a commitment to building excellent client relationships TrustIV endeavours to rapidly and effectively respond to customer requirements. Drawing on a team of permanent resources and known associates TrustIV aims to connect customers with people who have the proven skills and experience necessary to make a difference.
People
Paul Caine
Paul is a founding director of Trust IV Limited with over 25 years’ of business and IT consulting experience. He combines his directorship duties with customer facing consultancy work primarily around Testing Strategy; Project Management; and Data Privacy. He has an MBA and a BSc in IT as well as ISEB and ITIL Foundation level qualifications and has extensive knowledge in Project Management , QA and facilitation related subjects.
Gordon Appleby
Gordon is a founding director of Trust IV Limited with over 21 years’ of technical consulting experience. He provides overall technical direction and strategy ensuring our customers meet their testing objectives. Gordon has in depth experience of a diverse range of business sectors, specifically finance, retail, utilities and telecoms.
Ian Mills
Ian is our sales lead, he has 35 years experience in IT and prior to joining Trust IV had been a senior sales executive with IBM for ten years. Ian’s IT career includes significant spells in both technical and managerial roles. He brings to selling an ability to understand both business needs and the IT solutions that can be applied to meet them. Ian’s experience in IBM has left him a firm believer in an ethical approach to selling.
Richard Bishop
Richard is our head of service delivery. He is an experienced IT consultant with experience in a variety of roles including more than 10 years experience as an application performance tester and test manager.
Richard takes an active role in the UK and worldwide testing community. As well as being co-leader of the UK HP Software user group, VIVIT, he has been elected to sit on Vivit’s Board of Directors to help develop Vivit services for members throughout Europe.
